Executive Chef - Ian Shi
近期，上海环球港凯悦酒店任命史政先生为行政总厨。
Ian Shi has been appointed Executive chef of Hyatt Regency Shanghai Global Harbor.
史政在餐饮行业拥有超过30年的丰富经验，在加盟上海环球港凯悦酒店之前，他在上海嘉定凯悦酒店担任行政总厨一职。在此之前，他曾任职于多家凯悦集团旗下知名五星级酒店，例如上海金茂君悦大酒店、澳门君悦酒店、上海安达仕酒店等。
Chef Shi brings with him over 30 years of culinary experience spanning 5-star hotels and independent restaurants in China. He joins us from Hyatt Regency Shanghai Jiading where he held the same positon of Executive Chef.
史政将负责上海环球港凯悦酒店所有餐饮后厨的正常运作，包括咖啡厅、享悦中餐厅、大堂酒廊和天际酒吧，另外还有所有的客房送餐服务，宴会以及会议。
In his role, Chef Shi oversees Market Café, Xiang Yue Chinese Restaurant, The Lounge and Sky Bar; room service, catering and social events.
史政拥有深厚的烹饪知识，因其对本地与时令食材烹饪的热情与天赋而备受认可，他运用新鲜采购的食材创作新菜式，菜色风味广泛，体现区域特色。因而，他的美食不断为品味一流的食客们带来新的灵感与满足。
Chef Shi finds his inspiration from the freshest ingredients of local surroundings, seasonal fares which he incorporate into his cuisines that not only inspires and delights even the most discerning guests.

出生于上海的史政除了对工作的高度热枕，他热衷旅行，在旅途中结交新朋友，探索当地的美食文化。
A native Shanghainese, Ian likes travelling to meet new people and experiencing new cultures and flavors in his spare time.
